Looks like there are still many outstanding approvals to go through. No wonder BKY is sold down recently. The risk is still there considering the current political setup. But the economy motivation is definitely on the company's side.
I have an impression BKY was aiming to go production in 2020. Is my memory wrong? It looks like the possibility of this timeframe is low. Hope things pan out well. Cheers
