Once the convertible notes are bought back I think would be a good buy. Ill wait until then, the management remuneration still worries me though, when you have management taking unjustifiable salaries at the expense of the company staying solvent it really shows where their interest lay (with their own bank accounts over the companies success.) However the market cap is small enough now to justify a small punt, but will wait until those convertible notes are off the table, remember they can always excercise the convertible notes, so with this knowledge that the company want to buy them back they could just convert them all now to get millions of cheap shares.
