    I personally think the company selling off a portion on their land assets to capitalise on the inflated property prices is a good decision. When that same land eventually becomes devalued by 20% over the next 12 months with rising interest rates and a cooling property market, I think we'll be say smart move.

    Also, given the company has already said their two remaining farms produce enough milk to facilitate the operational demand of their infant formula production line I further don't see any materially adverse operational issue here. My biggest concern is now how they will put the money to good work?
