Agree.WES feels there are better bargains around or cash up and wait for even better bargains,if things get worse. I have always thought AMP would be a worthy purchase at currently one tenth the market cap of WES although don't own any AMP.I am sure people above my pay grade have thought of this.
No COL either as have other retail exposure.
