Antonello, your statement about ' short term price fluctuations' needs to be clarified. Does it mean a day,two or a week? Or two weeks? The share price of this stock has, and is, being blatantly manipulated. And is being so because of 'focus on the increasing value of the company.' And everything you've said about its prospects and its potential value in the future. I would respectfully suggest you take note of the following extract from a Senate Enquiry held a number of years ago:
51.3.3 SHARE MARKET MANIPULATION ISSUES GENERALLYKEY POINTS Research using empirical broker and registry data has shown wide scale trading anomalies ..... which is repeated across other ASX stocks. Importantly, the anomalies aren’t able to beexplained satisfactorily other than through behaviours linked to share price manipulation. Share price manipulation is an indisputable fact for markets generally, with regulators around theworld now imposing extremely large fines on the investment banks who have been rorting thesystem since well before the GFC. Bribery activity by high profile firms and the Reserve Bank alsoshow that rules are being bent at the highest levels of power and influence. On the ASX, it seems that share market manipulation has gained acceptance as somehow beingnormal, or a fact of life in modern markets, if only because of an apparent tolerance by regulatorsand with convictions few in number and lightly dealt with whenever cases are prosecuted. It mayalso be because the activities where manipulation is able to take place are able to be easilycamouflaged and therefore difficult to gather evidence. Also, if manipulative behaviours areconnected to legal activity such as short selling it tends to provide a free get-out-of-jail card. The acceptance of manipulation as a legitimate approach to trading appears to have extended tothe very top levels of governance in our financial markets with the market operator itself, i.e., theASX, suffering the ignominy of having two of its Directors having to stand down because of illegalshort selling activity. In the above context, empirical trading data that consistently throws up anomalies needs to be takennotice of. Research findings have consistently drawn attention to 3 pillars of trading where operationalflexibilities make share price manipulation eminently achievable.

And further to the above this was the High Court's view:

The recent High Court judgement in regard to share price manipulation ties in with shareholder researchthat has identified anomalous trading and registry data and control over pricing levels over a period of atleast 3.5 years.Quote: “Today the High Court unanimously held that buying or selling shares on the securities exchange operatedby ASX Limited, for the sole or dominant purpose of creating or maintaining a particular price, created ormaintained an "artificial price" for those shares for the purposes of the offence of market manipulationunder s 1041A of the Corporations Act 2001," the High Court said in its judgment summary. The High Court decision provides a benchmark and sets the precedent from which trading can be assessedin terms of illegal behaviours.

[This is from twelve years ago. We have to make sure that the latest Senate Enquiry results in firm action and its findings aren't swept under the carpet]

Note the bit above about investment banks 'rorting' the system. Not only investment banks I'd hazard a guess.

HRZ share price is being 'artificially' created.Period. And it is an offence under sections1041 of the Corporations Act of 2001.

Legitimate complaints about it are not 'noise' or 'irrelevant.'
