agreed that it will be better to sell and buy back shares on the market when they are trading at 40% discount to nta
buying and selling properties never a good idea due to the large transaction costs involved
recent activities by clw and likes of Dxc selling petrol stations above book value again reinforced the nta value of reits and if rate rise slows then reits at current stage will look like a bargain in a few years time
