I have sold out lately.
TOT had a good NTA backing but my concern is how much debt TOT has taken to purchase the offices. They may have paid too much for them too... The forecast 6 cents dividend may be paid out in FY23 - but the DRPs and a possible future capital raise will dilute the NTA and likely put pressure on the dividend after FY2023..
