The positive about TOT is that for the next year or two the dividends will be either fully franked or highly tax deferred. The other positive is that TGP may use their cash pile to buy more shares at some stage once the six months takeover creep limit is finished. .
My other concern is at the time IAP bought the Canberra and Melbourne offices they had vendor rentr guarantees for the space that was not occupied.. Hopefully TOT will give some clarity about how much of the offices are occupied when they report soon.
