Actually this is great news for anyone interested even only in the Protean as well.
It brings in further funding via subscription, and relieves the company of "burden" to be totally responsible for financing the (very valuable) uranium & vanadium exploration.
Win-Win for all.
I see further good news ahead, and a hopefully a renewed push on the SP.
