Yes but my biggest gripe is had they spent 250K on mets they would have got a much better deal. Munni Munni is a huge system and there is so much upside to it. Anyways, deal wasn't the worst in principle, however I am not a bull on this other company doing anything with it either. So they need to exit the shares to get the capital.
