So what is uncle Joe and henchmen saying?
1, Management that we are paying lots of money for ,....are incapable of running the said company in a profitable manner.
why are we paying them.
That means that the team at the top are admitting that they have no idea about how to run the business that they have effectively hijacked.
So the question needs to be asked , how long have they , the board and directors of said company been aware of their ineptitude.
Why did they not admit to shareholders at said date through the normal means of communication that they cannot run our company in a profitable manner.
Why did they not seek alternative qualified directors and management that is capable of running the company in a profitable manner.
2, Dont they understand that we purchased shares in a functioni9ng company some time ago that actually produced profit and paid dividends.
under their watch the company has ben decimated.
Perhaps a class action is in order....
not impressed.
