I'd make a quiet bet that Joe already has a buyer lined up.
It'll be pay out shareholders, delist, immediately flip the now completely unencumbered asset at a massive profit, and I'd imagine the 'independent directors' all allowing this to happen will have have some equity stake in the "NewCo" that the 5GN assets will go into.
Corporate fraud at it's finest. No wonder the CFO has hit the eject button.
