It appears to be solely the buy-back that is keeping the share price at $0.15. Today's buy-back notice shows that on Friday, 18m of the 19.4m in volume was attributable to the buy-back.
Under the 10/12 rule there was only ~12m more shares that could be bought-back at the start of play today. Volume today was 6m which suggests there is only another ~6m available under the buy-back.
It will be interesting to see what happens when they run out of shares under the buy-back...
