Theyve spent $500m+ on building 5GNs fibre network, IP and other intangible assets over the last few years including multiple acquisitions
they are selling connections for free
They are gaslighting shareholders
This is a $1b+ business and growing in a digital future
They have misrepresented the value of their businesses
They have mislead shareholders and inappropriately used funds for dividends and share buybacks
They appear to have been dishonest and should defend their position in court
This deal is neither fair nor reasonable
