no harm in trying many avenues
so JD will somehow retain the business, kick shareholders out and then sell it on for a huge packet
this is greed at it’s finest
just like Arq Group sold it for petty cash then sold it on for multiples and multiples making $250m profit without giving a cent to their shareholders
