    There is absolutely no way this can be a legal transaction, especially with all their previous statements.

    The astounding thing now is that another company could make an offer for all of 5GN for 16c a share - easily the value of the company, and the board would be legally obliged to disclose it - but would they?

    I'd assume ASIC will do sweet f all as usual.
