This is a well run company - always has been. Not sure how one quantifies the value of good management but in recent years there have been good dividends and occasional specials with surprises of a positive rather than negative nature.
There are 2 new buildings in the pipeline - and whilst the real estate market seems to be slowing, the market for apartments of the type Desane specialise in seems strong - they focus on what people want/need.
There will of course be tax to pay.
This is a well run company - always has been. Not sure how one...
