listed small cap companies that I have ever experienced in the world. Every single business of theirs is dead and buried - well except OKAP and the Perth Office's money laundering business. Don't know if regulators exist or some officials of relevant bodies are under control of management. The management should not be allowed to get anywhere close to a publicly listed company.
They still think they can sense opportunities - after their performance across a 100% record of disasters, difficult to see their sense of opportunities in anything other than money laundering.
Commodity cycle for **promotion blocked** is also dead and buried for several decades to come. They also need to realize that all their `now dead' listed businesses are totally local in nature - dealing with local ministries, local regulators, local labour forces, local supply networks, local contractors and so on - nothing can be managed from continents away in Perth. They don't have the skills or the geographical proximity.
