like to know what their existing cashholdings are now...30 june they had say net $2m.
net rent received for the half say $5m
plus $29m from the sale
the last 22.5c cost 36m.
so probability is that another special dividend is coming. hopefully. hoping they don't blow too much money on property improvements.
