The sale is a 10% discount to the valuation per June Year End values for 96 York St.
BUT BUT BUT,
the share price is trading at 55% of book value (with no net debt!!)
So net net this is a good outcome, that is accreditive to the valuation vs the share price of AOF
AOF is liquidating its portfolio.
So yes another special dividend coming in my opinion, since they don't have to worry about debt, but they do have renovation costs on other properties.
