Agree. NOV will be making a bid to own RKN when they can afford to. A lot harder now, however Nov will pick up a healthy dividend from the sale.
It is an unknown as to how much the special dividend will be however Nov own 23% so they will collect a healthy special dividend potentially north of $10m.
As for RKN, exceptional day. Fancy divesting part of your business for 100% of your market cap! Market israrely wrong for long, and loving its correction of market cap today
