At face value this looks good. The sale will return cash to holders and increase the relative nta gap. Issue for me is y sell this debt security, its pretty hard to get 11% out there, there was a long way to go to maturity and the airport asset looks reasonably safe. There must have been a buyer who would have paid more than 100 cents in the dollar. Prefer if they sold some of the more dodgy debt securities on their books.
