Thanks chingy. I tend to agree, although "should" suggests you don't seem 100% confident either?
I was wondering if the falling share price was something to do with the in-specie distribution not necessarily being good value, or perceived as such by the market in general. (Not suggesting it's not, I'm just not yet sure how to evaluate the pro's and con's of the deal, let alone assign a valuation.)
