This is overall a great development.
AXE to become a pure deep tech play as many holders have suggested they should, and Mr Market is likely to embrace that. I imagine a name change is also in the works now.
In specie distribution basically means those 50 million shares in the new entity get distributed to us, each of us getting an amount based on the number of AXE shares we hold. If you hold lots of AXE, you will get quite a few of the new shares. Smaller holders get less.
The new entity could/should be a good investment based on the graphite alone. I’m not fully across the mineral tenements but getting in at IPO on a promising graphite play appeals to me.
