I think I just don't fully understand what's going on. I thought we are getting x number of shares for every AXE shares and these new shares will be the tech company, and AXE will continue on its merry way doing whatever it used to do?
Which would have meant our new shares are far more diluted unless we buy more. When fact is Im in AXE for its new tech venture, not the old exploration AXE
I think I just don't fully understand what's going on. I thought...
