I suspect this industry will become part of the ideological China vs the West hearts and minds struggle now. Has some experience in epidemics as well. Could be some nice surprises in store. There are some SE Asian communities bordering sea lanes that will require some projects ASAP, if we want to be able to blockade those lanes at a low cost from on shore with popular support. Cambodia seems to have made itself a good place for some projects as well. Guinea working holiday anybody for a vaccination program?
Hopefully unnecessary spending but you never know! It is very complicated to invest into some regions without upsetting key people and groups.
