It's certainly a shock, but agree with a previous post that the sale is better than a share issue. Kgl doesnt have a huge number of shares on issue, and no point selling below cash backing. I think the last share price at 23c ALREADY factored in Andash being worth near nothing anyway, so $15M better than holding out for some vain hope of approval coming through. The mgmt cut their losses on Andash, which is wise, even if painful to accept the $$ spent on it.
