pro-forma for selling Main Event, remainco will be massively negative EBITDA but with $150mm of cash and no debt. mkt cap post $430mm cap return is ~210mm ie EV of remainco is $60mm. But land value is what, $230mm? (from 2017 valuation, prob much higher). Shareholder register is pretty open.
Why are shareholders putting up with this ridiculous reinvestment plan to burn all the excess cash? why not just sell it all off for land value and go home with the $150mm and another $250mm+?
seems a much easier and more profitable play than trying to make Dreamworld work again.
