the other point that the market is underestimating is the value of the 74+acres at Coomera that Dreamworld sits on - close to the Gold Coast and I would imagine that Gary Weiss would have some plans to extract some value from this.
definitely worth more than the current market capitalisation.
given the falling Aus$ and the hedges in place - the 90c return is looking more like 95c.
I would expect a re-rate to $1.40s level over the next couple of months.
the asset backing provides a decent level of protection in these uncertain times !
