Sales being conducted at values at or below the aggressively written down book values of 30/6/11 - that's a feeble performance from the AEZ management team.
If the balance of properties are sold at comparable values, there will not be a great deal left for investors.
Might the the $65MM in deferred tax assets have some value to a prospective acquisitor?
