Great announcement. $3 million worth of consideration for what was likely valued by the market at $0. Furthermore, I like that this distraction has now been removed. A strategic holding of MED is also likely a better option for DOC rather than making a half arse attempt at cracking the Aus telehealth market.

Furthermore, the business update was a cracker! Affirming the guidance issued earlier is awesome, as if achieved this company should be worth multiples more. This only trades at bargain basement prices as there have been too many burned investors.
