    This is a little bit concerning.

    Money has never been cheaper, a mortgage is about 2-3%. Does Guy not think those options/shares won't go up by more than 2-3% a year??? I would be looking at any other way to get that $500k than selling shares atm. TINA than equities for returns right now.
