AHF’s last farm next to the ocean rd is still worth $8.1m, 1200 dairy cows worth $2.6m , the newly built infant formula factory is worth $3.5m, plus the $7.1m receivable, total $22.3m or 3.4c per share.
the purchaser should try 2c bid for the company other than buy the farm for $7.15m, not a smart deal.
