The expensive northern beaches is not the best place for an air parts distributor (dismantling aircraft in the car park shared with a bunch of mixed-use tenants like house stylists trying to load their trucks with furniture was also always going to be interesting and entertaining on so many levels!) but it has proven to be a valuable investment.

A cheaper rented location near somewhere like Bankstown Airport, where PTB has warehouse space already, makes much more sense from a cost and logistics angle. But those who worked in the Warriewood warehouses will miss it.
