I know that is technically correct. But SAR could still pull the pin on the binding agreement. Indeed, unlikely. But still possible! Why else would punters sell BGH? Gold could always pull back more...who knows. lots of uncertainties. but @snakepitt asked why share price falling, so that could be a reason.
