I see that a couple of more sales have it slipping down to 6 cents. It could be some who think that the legal fuss is going to drag things down further or hold things up and generally complicate life for MXR. I guess that could be a fair call depending on how long it takes to deal with the legal issue. Of course the lawyers will be in no hurry so it could be months. Who knows. Then again they might come to a settlement out of court though I think MXR will consider that it is justified in what it did. All IMHO.
