I like DXN as a company, but unfortunately they never really had the market power to get a foothold across Asia pacific. Too many other companies with deep pockets and commercial connections, they were boxed out a little.

This decision is a great one for the company, I’ll make some money off it, but as a retail investor I am disappointed I won’t be able to continue the ride with them. I know a lot of other people have been supporting the company for a lot longer (I have been in and out for 2 years) and I’m disappointed that this decision won’t allow the longer term supporters their fair return.

such is life though, majority shareholders always get the better deal.
