    ok in a nut shell.

    OZL has been drilling it’s Cambodia Gold assets, but realised that the resource was too small for OZL to spend time on. So it sold it to RNS for cash and RNS shares. RNS will continue to develop the mine and OZL picks up any sp improvement on RNS shares.
