The commercial interpretation? That’s not true at all Wanny & I mentioned months ago the capacity the plant has to produce. I think the perspective on how much return will come back from that amount produced needs to change or at least be verified to those concerned.
You can have as many strategies to obtain profit as you want but those strategies don’t make the stainless steel flexible and allow it to be adjusted just because the strategy says so? There are limitations to the physics & structure of the plant & I gave you the reality based perspective as an operator & some snuffed, grunted & groaned, some agreed it’s still able to make a profit. China is a difficult market, but not impossible.
