"Following the sale of the Freedom Foods cereals brand, Freedom Foods Group will undertake to change its
corporate name. Further information will be provided to shareholders at the appropriate time."

This is a good move but it will cause a bit more work actually and the class action/s will need to amend all initiating documents to reflect the new entity on foot when the name change is registered. Again, lawyers' billings will top up on this! The Foods Group is tightening up/downsizing and it will be a different business new year so it is appropriate to reflect that in a new corporate name. Maybe it will be Freedom Health Foods.

We are where we are with this investment and it is not pleasing at all but it can be rebuilt and restored in due course to a viable profitable compliant enterprise as it should always have been, under new management strategies.
