Honestly I do not know. It would be a first for that building if it just died as they have a history of rebirthing a company with a new project if one fails. Check out SMI as a recent example, a lot of shareholders would still be under water in SMI but they will recover a fair portion of their money.
Being under water is obviously preferable to drowning.
