    Look at pg 5 on the 2017 GM presentation 16/5/17.
    Cash at end of April = $17.4m plus other assets $920k so$18.3m in Assets
    Current Liabilities = $3m however $1.3m of this is for wind down costs which may not occur

    So $15.3m in net tangible assets - the special divvie $7.9m
    = $7.4m NTA backed or 0.0085 per share

    Cash backing = $17.4m - $7.9m
    = $9.5m or 1.1c per share
