I know what net debt and cash are, I am just trying to work out whether they have in fact paid down the $5.3m debt and what their other capital management plans are, as well as what the costs of the sale were and the impact on FCF going forward - mostly speculation I know, but if I am going to increase my holding I need to unwrap the story and arrive at a valuation range I have some confidence in.
