Who is going to run this new plant/ dryer if they ever get it...

Who is going to run this new plant/ dryer if they ever get it going? Wha didnt get far. How can these guys pull it of ? Or afford to pay for experience to run it. my dad was a manager for a section at one of the biggest murray Goulburn factories for decades. He cant see this working from his insight at looking at the current ahf figures.
Can only make a mess and no profit with current set up. Cant see it improving and all the money needed to get there. Marketing budget is not helping. Everything is eating away potential profit.
