Non-core IP sale that Ultracharge bought (not created/initiated) doesn’t bother me, even the cathode IP is a nice to have. The electrode IP is the original core IP, and that still remains.
If we sell off electrode tech then we worry about the value proposition.
Chemours is still throwing money (as per this quarters financials) so the product must have substance, no trial agreement would ever stipulate payment beyond a period where both parties see benefit or see future benefit.
