I continue to be impressed by this company. They know their particular market and have outperformed all other property type investments over the year. I love the focus on the budget friendly accommodation sector and more than happy to hold. Gearing is very manageable with this sale of Eureka and removes distractions. Yield is fine.
Well worth having a look at if you are not a holder.
