SP has been more than volatile recently for reasons u/k to me. Unfortunately I already have enough, but agree with all the comments above. Seeing APZ made an easy few million from their Eureka sale, I wonder if investors need reassurance as to the future of APZ now that the EGH option is off the table. IMHO APZ is far better run than EGH and has better quality properties and more achievable goals. Financials also stack up more highly. A great alternative to having residential property if you can’t afford to own one personally.
