That's not correct, there is a lot happening ....... need to look at Ph2 and BTE together.
Over at Serowe project ... Most likely drilling is now underway of 2 new test wells ( Serowe 6 & 7) and I note that flow testing should be close or underway at Serowe 3 test well site.
Also, imo Ph2 is probably close to production / release of it's actual Hydrogen motor vehicle.
As well as Other Ph2 projects imo still gaining momentum.
I think the Co might be waiting for some good news from Serowe 3 test gas flow testing to build up it's revenue base for further developments and H2 projects.
