They're "a fair way behind" what your post was implying, was my actually comment. If you read the announcement- you'd see Serowe 6 & 7 remain as, "Proposed Exploration Wells" and 3 has yet to be flow tested. Here's some homework for you - what's with the next step being to, "ream the hole from 6.5 inches to 10 inches"?
