Not surprised. They burned through too much money to reasonably be sold as a technology purchase. You know you're in trouble when you're worth so little that no big US company can afford to buy you outright (i.e. the cost of Fortune 500 company acquisition legals are >> the value of the company).

So, at the end of the day, CW built a company that sold for $100, leaving a bit of the cash raised by SH for the next lucky round. I suppose she can now claim that she is the first female founder to sell the all the IP of a publicly listed company for more than $99 ("a founder and a serial entrepreneur with a successful exit under her belt")

It will be interesting to see whether the amazing judgement of this lot continues with whatever they acquire for $1.4M. They should just return it to the SH.
